2006 Children's Home Society of WV-Parkersburg music fund raisers series

We have settled on the name for the 4 event series for 2006 of our musical tribute benefits. "Americana Music Tribute Series." Americana is defined variously as: " music that defines the heartland, and associates with artists whose work is timeless, like Woody Guthrie...." "music that somehow identifies, inspires, and encapsulates the heart of tradition and the American experience."
We'll begin the publicity next week; including seeking sponsors for the series with benefits of good publicity for community minded music-related businesses. Stay tuned........
