a great big thank you

Thanks to all the great folks who helped make the whole lotta hank show a great success. Mostly: Ashlie and johnny Nutter who were so enthusiastic and put so much energy into it. Thanks to all the musicians: there was so much dedication and effort to make it a fun night of music- the Outlaw Deluxe Band, Johnny Nutter, Don Howerton and Phil Jones, Grace Hall, the Queens, Lisa and Jerry and their friend, Johnny again, Cashed Out, 1313; all put on a great and entertaining show of music of Hank Williams, and the hank offspring. Thanks to the Wheel House, and the new management for working so hard to be good hosts to our benefit. And definite thanks to Cory and JT for the sound work; they worked so hard all night to keep things going and sounding good- they had a lot of complicated work keeping all the various acts going. Thanks to the audience; a diverse and supportive group for showing some enthusiasm and supporting our agency's work. We made over $300, which represents over 150 people, or some t-shirts and donations and a few less people. But all in all, it was a great success, and gets us planning for a follow up next year (sometime) and the next event of the 2007 series in August.
thanks, thanks, thanks
(thanks to shelley and cindy for collecting the door money, and helping with the door prizes, etc. - especially also, don and cindy for being so enthusiastic about all the events, and keeping in touch about music events upcoming and past
