americana music benefit tonight

Despite the oppressive heat, things are forging along with the benefit for tonight at the boreman wheel house- 8 pm $5 donation, a line up of local (and some traveling from kentucky) musicians to perform some bluegrass music as part of the children's home society of west virginia-Parkersburg site year long live music benefits series. Despite Fred Shreve's poo-pooing of bluegrass music, there is a pretty good enthusiasm among the supporters. James Price will be performing first, and he brings a good reputation for entertaining with him. Come on down and enjoy the show!
